Individuals grappling with binge eating disorder may exhibit warning signals such as:
  • Rapidly consuming quantities of food in solitude
  • Eating when not hungry or until
  • Experiencing guilt, shame or distress after eating
  • Stockpiling food. Concealing food packaging
  • Frequently dieting without achieving weight loss success

  • Gastrointestinal complications like constipation or acid reflux
  • Imbalances, in electrolytes that may trigger life threatening conditions
  • Bone density loss can lead to a risk of fractures dental issues, like enamel erosion may arise from vomiting and a weakened immune system can heighten susceptibility to illnesses.
