Erica Cadiz
Clinical Therapist
Erica Cadiz is a pre-licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Erica is passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and helping them build the tools and find the resources needed for lasting change. She has experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults in outpatient settings addressing substance use, anxiety, major depression disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorders. She has also provided intensive in-home therapy for children and families, focusing on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering emotional growth. Erica's therapeutic approach is client-centered, where she believes in meeting clients where they are with empathy, respect, and genuine collaboration. She also integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Erica's goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely, feel supported, and begin to move toward healing and personal growth.
