Thanks for pointing out that building a support team is important while in recovery. My husband has had an eating disorder since the pandemic started. We are hoping to find an eating disorder center on Monday that can help him recover so he can get back to his daily activities.
Very nice article, exactly what I needed. Very useful post I really appreciate thanks for sharing such a nice post. Thanks
Take your therapy home. You may want to consider keeping a diary about the topics you discussed in therapy and your therapist's referrals. Try to apply the techniques you have learned in therapy in your daily life.
Try online therapy. Online therapy is the most comfortable way to meet with your therapist and share what is on your mind, especially when your schedule is busy or you don't want to leave the house.
Don't feel lonely!
