Living to please others can be overwhelming, interfere with enjoyment and living in in the moment. As we enter the last few weeks of the year, take a step back, enjoy the present, and recall the highs and lows throughout the year. Everyone has accomplishments and setbacks throughout the year. If we recognize and acknowledge our ups and downs we can grow. Remember to be yourself and try not to let the pressures of the season get you down or stop you from enjoying this time of year.
