MA, LMHCAHollis aims to create a safe space to work collaboratively with clients, encouraging acceptance, compassion, and commitment to change. She helps clients to explore mind, body, and spirit together to solve problems, gain insight, and increase wellness and joy. Hollis has experience in assisting adults, children, and families to address issues such as eating disorders, trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. She has a special interest and extensive experience treating ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) as well as taking a HAES (health at every size) approach. She also specializes in Family Based Treatment, and enjoys using the Gottman Approach with couples.
